Dr. Matt Lammers and this stunning classical string quartet will be celebrating music and building community with concerts across rural northwestern Wisconsin during the week of August 4th-8th. This event series is brought to you by Trillium, a collaboration of three of Northwest Wisconsin’s most dynamic arts organizations that join together on projects like this one to more effectively further musical opportunities in the area. These three organizations: Northwoods Strings, a string music education program centered in Hayward, WI; The Red Cedar Symphony, a community orchestra operating out of Rice Lake, WI; and the Shell Lake Art Center, a regional arts education campus located in Shell Lake, WI, have begun unifying their efforts to bring music to our ears.
“We are deeply committed to supporting the arts in our community and providing access to string music education.“ said Rebecca Deters, Executive Director at NorthWoods Strings. “We’re proud to offer this classical chamber music experience to the community and look forward to our continued partnership.”
